Report of the seventh programmed sighting at Mount Shasta (2017).

 

September 4, 2016, we culminated in Mount Shasta, the mysterious mountain in northern California that has been the scene of various programmed sightings by the aliens. These interactions have been witnessed by hundreds of witnesses, and on several occasions have been documented with night vision equipment.

 

At that time, the participants asked me when the next gathering would take place.  I then shared the brief telepathic message I had received during one of the meditation practices: "Come back to this place, Sand Flat, in August [2017], between the 18th and 20th. We will be there…," is was what he said to me by "Ivika," one of the beings that are in contact with us from our incredible journey to Yungay in the Peruvian Andes (2015).   A few days later, exactly on September 9 [2016], I announced publicly on my official Facebook the scheduled events for  2017, among them the Mount Shasta event.

Despite the fact that I did not want to go into the details for the event so that details would not be leaked, I knew the news of Ivika's "invitation" had indeed leaked. It was inevitable. As has happened in several countries, at the time we hold these gatherings various groups will end up camping nearby.  Although I have a hold a broad and integrated vision regarding contact, I must also say that I try to take care of the protocols and the discipline of these encounters to thwart the efforts of opportunists. These gatherings are serious and not to be regarded as mere entertainment.

It was in Monte Perdido, in the Pyrenees, during a meeting held on 24 June 2017, when the 2017 appointment at Mount Shasta acquired another face.  Researcher Paola Harris had come to our meeting in Europe and I was at that time informed of the intentions of the recognized Canadian researcher, Grant Cameron, to come to Mount Shasta.  At that time, Cameron was not aware yet of the programmed sighting.  Then, in a telepathic communication from Ivika, she insisted that I inform Cameron prior to his coming to Mt. Shasta, that they would be there.  I already understood their "Protocol."  I knew that their appearance was scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2017, Sand Flat, between 21 and 22 hours.

Grant Cameron is a renowned researcher of the UFO phenomenon. He was involved in a serious study of the "unidentified" as a result of the famous incident "Charlie Red Star" (1975), one of the most important UFO cases in Canada, which Cameron was a witness to in the town of Carman, Manitoba, near the U.S. border. Since then he has devoted great efforts on understanding the nature of UFOs, has conducted research in the National Archives in Washington DC, and made more than 25 visits, in addition to having met with key witnesses of UFO sightings that had important military credentials, and conducted interviews with senior political figures such as in the case of Dick Cheney, then Vice President of the United States. I cannot at this time list off his achievements and journey.  I met Grant at a UFO conference in Nevada.

I confess that it was not easy to comply with the request of the extraterrestrials. Although we have already given public samples of our contact and interaction with "them," a programmed sighting with journalists or researchers of the UFO phenomenon is a great responsibility. In Cameron's case, it would be the seventh programmed sighting.

 

On Saturday, August 5, after initiating a telepathic contact, I had a powerful sighting in Capilla del Monte (Cordoba, Argentina), in the company of my wife, Sol, I again received confirmation for Mt. Shasta.  Days later, I communicated with Paola Harris to confirm the contact and asked her to advise Grant Cameron of the situation. Now we only had to wait.

About a hundred and thirty people from 12 countries met in Mount Shasta in response to our announcement, almost a year in advance. Paola Harris and Grant Cameron attended the meeting and were received with much love from the participants, among them other researchers, youtubers and skywatchers, such as our friend, Francisco Ayala of Mexico. The whole camp was notified of the coordinates for the sighting of the Saturday.  When I consulted the "exact" time, I received an indication from Ivika:  21:33 hours (09:33 PST). Interestingly, afterward I was approached by Raquel R. Smith of Uruguay with a psychographic communication she had received from Antarel, where the extraterrestrial provided her with the same time that I had received. 

 

There were some sightings on Friday the 18th , one very clear, but when it occurred, both Harris as Cameron were not witnesses, as they had already retired from the camp for the evening. I wasn't concerned with it because I knew their programmed sighting was scheduled for Saturday evening.

And so it was that at 20:00 hours on that unforgettable Saturday, August 19 2017, all the participants of our camp gathered at the now famous Sand Flat, in the same spot where we had had another programmed with Dr. Michael Salla and Giorgio Piacenza (August 2013).

A subtle mist blurred the mountain and the peaks of the pine trees. The visibility was not the best.  In fact, when night fell, the stars were slightly blurred, and we could see only the passage of the aircraft with their anti-collision lights flashing.  In that moment I wondered what they programmed sighting would be like in these conditions because for it to be clearly observable, the object would need to fly as low as an airplane or emit a sufficiently potent light in order to be observed without difficulty.  To give you an idea, a commercial aircraft flies at an altitude of about 10 kilometers. A satellite in low-Earth orbit is situated between the atmosphere and the Van Allen radiation belt, hundreds of miles away from the Earth. For example, a detection satellite can be found at approximately 800 km from the Earth's surface. That night the International Space Station was not vivisble and other classic phenomena such as "Iridium flares" were at low intensity.  Therefore, moments before the sighting I witnessed such phenomena.  We already have a lot of experience in these matters and, additionally, our IT team always monitors, with sophisticated equipment, the movement of satellites, [Geo-Estacionarios] or the ISS, in order to refute attacks from detractors.

 

Thus, amongst this great atmosphere of excitement, and admittedly, a certain amount tension, with Grant Cameron seated by me, with his translator, Katarina Castillo, "they" appeared, and at the hour "indicated":  21:33 PST.

 

Exactly about us, according to our perception, in the region where Grant and I were sitting… an object lit up with a beautiful golden glow.  We signaled it with a laser looking for interaction and then it emitted a kind of bluish-white light pulse, powerful, which pierced the fog and unleashed the group's celebration. Cameron stated he had never seen anything like that.  The object, which had up to then been stationary, began to move and emitted more flashes, until it disappeared.  The sighting was brief, I estimate less than a minute, but it was forceful.  The researchers and skywatchers could not capture it for different and "curious" reasons - in this camp Ayala was not able to operate his night vision equipment, which he had previously calibrated and tested. But Grant's testimony, along with that of another 130 people was the important part.   On many other occasions, we have already managed to capture these objects with our equipment.

 

Immediately to the sighting, I received the following psychographic message from Antarel, another member of the alien crew that communicates with us:

 

Yes, I am Antarel.

 

We have been present at time and on the date indicated to show all of that our communication is real and necessary. We announced this appointment in advance so that all can evaluate the advancements and what they have learned.

 

We have a message for Grant Cameron. The objective of this scheduled meeting was not convince him of our presence, because he already knows that we are real, and that we exist. He already has had the opportunity to check our manifestations in the skies of Earth. Our desire is that he feel a part of the contact process because, indeed, everything is connected.   Cameron will know how to assemble additional pieces of a huge puzzle that he has been investigating. His vision and work will influence other researches and people that he will reach and connect with.  And when the moment arrives, he will see us.  He already knows this.  We appreciate that he allowed himself to be guided to come here.  

To Paola Harris we must say that we were happy to see her back for this programmed sighting.  She must continue to trust.  She already knows that she is not alone in this task to educate others about our real intentions and the importance of what is to come.

We positioned one of our ships over the group, and the great pulse that you witnessed wasn't just a way of interacting but a was a vehicle of information, an archive which has been seeded in many of those present.  In time, you will know how to decode what was received. 

You came looking for answers and were attentive to the guidelines.  And our contribution was the "archive."  Our protocols for contact and interaction which we follow led us to comport ourselves thus.

 

In response to your inquiry, we will appear, as I already told you, in Marcahuasi (Peru).  It is part of a process of what will be new indications for what is coming.  New detailed guidelines will be revealed for contact at marked nodes  in a new sector of Mongolia, the jungles of Paititi in Peru, the Tassili in Algeria, and one more important point soon be revealed.
